After payment through Stripe Checkout you are taken to a download page with your files; Stripe also emails your receipt. The download links on that page expire after 24 hours, but you can reload the page for fresh links for 90 days. If you lose the page or anything goes wrong, use the contact form with the email you used at checkout and the product name, and we will resend your files.

PDF. Most come as a printable PDF and a fillable or hyperlinked PDF you can use on a tablet or computer. Each product page lists exactly what is included.

Any app that opens PDFs. Hyperlinked planners are designed for tablet note-taking apps such as GoodNotes and Notability, and also work in desktop PDF viewers.

Yes, for your own use. Pages are US Letter and scale to A4. Printable editions are designed to print well in black and white.

No. Everything is an instant digital download.

Because digital products cannot be returned, sales are final once the files have been downloaded, except where the law requires otherwise. If a file is faulty or will not open, contact us and we will fix it, replace it, or refund you if we cannot.

Personal planners (home, family, wedding, budget and similar) are licensed for your own personal use. Business planners and workbooks may be used inside your own business or side hustle. Either way, you may not resell, share or redistribute the files or use the designs in products for sale. See the terms.

No. They are organisational tools. References to ADHD describe the design approach and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Planners for legal, financial and home topics are for record-keeping and planning only, not professional advice.
